1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Emiral Pickup Hub dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is an internal system reserved for authorized personnel only.

2. Authorized Use

Users must only access the sections of the dashboard relevant to their assigned role (Owner, Super Admin, or Manager). Unauthorized attempts to access restricted areas or data are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must immediately notify the system administrator of any unauthorized use.

4. Accuracy of Data

Managers and Admins are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system, including inventory counts, receipt uploads, and financial records. Deliberate entry of false information may lead to disciplinary action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code within the Emiral Pickup Hub are the property of Emiral Hub and its developers. No part of this system may be reproduced or redistributed without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emiral Pickup Hub is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.
